Every player deserves to play.

Four years of adaptive coaching. Players with developmental disabilities learning to play full games and keep score. This isn't a program we added — it's the heart of who we are.

We don't just include players with special needs.
We transform them into athletes.

Over four years, Coach Tobin has developed adaptive coaching methods that meet each player exactly where they are — and take them further than anyone expected. Players who had never held a paddle are now playing complete games, keeping score, and competing with confidence.

We hear you.

Finding inclusive programs that truly understand your loved one's needs isn't easy. You've probably been turned away before, or shown up only to realize 'inclusive' meant something different than what you hoped.

Will the coach actually understand my child's needs?

Coach Tobin has four years of dedicated experience in adaptive pickleball. This isn't something we added to a brochure — it's a core part of our mission and our daily practice.

Is this real inclusion or just a checkbox?

Our adaptive programs exist because we believe everyone deserves to play — not because it looks good on a website. The results speak for themselves: full games, kept scores, genuine confidence.

I've been turned away or made to feel unwelcome before.

You will never feel that here. Family Pickleball was founded on the principle that nothing should stand between a person and the game. We mean it.

Can someone with their challenges really play a full game?

Yes. We've seen it happen over and over. With patient, tailored coaching, players with developmental disabilities have learned to serve, rally, keep score, and play complete games.

Will they be separated or treated differently?

Every program is tailored to the individual — not segregated. When appropriate, adaptive players join group sessions. The goal is always belonging, never isolation.

What if we need to go slowly or take breaks?

The pace is always yours. Every session is designed around the player's energy, comfort, and progress — not a clock.
